Surviving the Holidays

The end of the year brings holiday parties, poor eating choices, alcohol, and not enough activity. A serious turn off the path of healthy lifestyle.
In order to survive, you have to practice forgiveness. No matter what happens the night before, wake up fresh, keep it in the past, and approach the day like any other.
It's the constant frustration and disappointment about not sticking to your regular routine that sets you up for failure.
My advice to all - do the best you can! Allow yourself to be human, enjoy something you love, and start the next day with a green healthy protein shake.
